About Mili Güemes

I’m Milagros Güemes, a wedding filmmaker based in Oaxaca and Mexico City.
First and foremost, I’m a storyteller. I studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Arts and have spent more than five years creating films, photography, and color work across fiction, documentary, and commercial projects. My background in directing, editing, and color grading shaped the way I approach every wedding with sensitivity, honesty, and a cinematic eye.

Your wedding day is one of the most important moments in your life, and I take that responsibility seriously. I want to show it in the most beautiful and authentic way possible, with the respect and care your story deserves.

At weddings.miliguemes, I focus on creating films that feel like your favorite movie. Films that feel alive, honest, and emotionally true. Stories where emotion guides the camera and color holds the memory. I’m not here to stage moments or create stiff poses. I’m here to accompany you, observe with intention, and craft a film that lets you feel everything again.
